What is it?
The Network of Women Ministers Under 40 team has developed Under 40 Cohorts to facilitate relationships between seasoned women ministers and U40 peers. This brand new initiative is FREE!

Each cohort will have a trained facilitator and up to four Under 40 credentialed female ministers. Cohorts will meet online for 9 months, providing an environment where each participant will have an allotted amount of time to present a challenge, project, or decision and receive feedback from cohort members. Participants will be assigned to a cohort with the intention of receiving feedback from individuals who are not already in their ministry sphere.

Participant Qualifications

Assemblies of God credentialed female minister
-
Active minister or missionary
-
Under 40 years of age (can be 39 years with a birthday during the nine month cohort)

Able to commit to meeting once a month, online, for 9 months – groups meet for approximately 1.5 hours each month. (January-May & September-December – cohorts will break June-August)
